Parking for one vehicle. 5 minutes to MC, etc. Available for foreigners only. Owned by an academic. Water will be provided basically at no cost, you will have to pay only the pumping cost which will be a nominal fee.
This room was occupied by Russian (then USSR) diplomats from 1979 – 1985.
